Please keep in mind I was doing my grey grow out, which is very hard to do and it takes a long time and now I have to start over 😩😭 The first picture is with my gray grow out going really good ,and the rest are after my hair was touched by them…. I went to this salon specifically for a toner only as part of a gray blending grow-out. I was very clear that I did not want my gray hair covered. Unfortunately, the stylist completely ignored this and covered my grays, leaving them orange instead. This completely ruined my grow-out process and now I have to start all over again. When I call

I had my first Dominican blowout with Santos and he is AMAZING. My hair has truly never looked better, and it lasted all week. It was so smooth and shiny. He did an amazing job and you can tell he really cares about his work. I’m obsessed with the results and will 100% be coming back regularly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Adel Chincilla! As a Black woman with very fine, thin hair, it has always been difficult to find someone who truly understands my hair and treats it with care. Adel has installed i-tips for me twice now, and both times she has exceeded every expectation. She not only styles my hair beautifully, but she also takes the time to educate me about my hair health. The products she recommended have already made my hair thicker and healthier. Before meeting her, I wore wigs for years and even tried tap-ins with another stylist in Raleigh — and it was not a good experience. I am only giving five stars because of Helena's service & experiences. I love my hair she did an amazing job. Definitely will be going back! Adel or whatever the hispanic lady name was at the front wasn't very friendly. Couldn't get in the bathroom to wash my hands she didn't help at all. Had me standing around when I walked it. Will only go back if Helena is there. Santos phone skills are a 2/10!

I have patronize this business twice after good recommendations everybody experience is different i know. I will not be back first of all if I make an appointment within 5-7 minutes I expect to be taking care of no! The first time I waited about 10 minutes. Yesterday 11/16/2025 my second time i coated 19 mines after my appointment time to be shampooed SMH. The stylist rushed my silk press, I was not happy with the results at all. And I'm sure they dont care. It's very safe to say I will not be back I could've saved $86 and did better with my own hair!
