I came in the other day for a simple gel nail polish. They said my design could be done and I was assigned to Easy/E-Z (I'm not sure how to spell his name). He didnt talk at all and he seemed angry and passive aggressive. Halfway through my set he said "I shouldn't expect to get the nail design I want when i enter nail salons". If the design wasn't possible then I wish they had told me that before i sat down so I could at least pick another color. He rushed my nails in 25 minutes and at the end, my nails looked awful. I hated the shape he filed them to and the design looked nothing like how I wanted in my photo. I seriously couldve just done better myself at home... On their website, it says gel nails are $45 and he charged me $55 plus I tipped him decently, but I deeply regret that now. I

They have a massive wall of colors to choose from—literally hundreds of options for gel, dip, and regular polish. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you pick a shade that complements your skin tone. It’s a total luxury experience at a very reasonable price point.

Just had my fourth visit here and am so glad to have found and switched to this place! I have left happy every time and have started to book regularly with Hailey who is awesome! I typically get dip and she does such a good job that my manicure still looks really good after four weeks. I also find their prices to be very reasonable and they have a full bar 👀. My boyfriend had been coming here often for manicure and pedicure (works w his hands and is on concrete all day). I have been about a dozen times. I do get my manicures done in a different city (once you find your person—it’s hard to go anywhere else). I have had waxing of eyebrows done here in addition to pedicure. It’s relatively easy to book online, but they seem surprised every time we walk in after booking online. We’ve never not had the person we have requested though. I mainly use online booking to make sure she’s there.
