Was waiting for a bus to Brooklyn and it was delayed so I thought I why not... Needed to get my brows done anyway. 2 workers were waiting for customers. When I entered, I didn't feel really welcome. They got the job done, the place is clean, the lady who did my brows was nice enough. Can't complain with 8$ They do charge a 4% credit card transaction fee and don't tell you. Either you figure it out or you ask if you pay attention.

Archana is great here. I have had threading/waxing done at a number of places in Manhattan and in Brooklyn and this place is solid value, professionalism, and convenience. Archana is thorough, well-trained, and efficient and provides a different quality of service than others I have experienced here. I particularly appreciate the pressure points she hits in applying aloe after a threading session, its a nice notable touch.

Always so nice there and they do a great job! It's affordable so I can go every other month & tip well.

I have been going here for a couple years, it gets the job done but pretty bad customer service. One time I was here and there was someone telling them that their workers do not have their licenses up to date to service people and they must renew before a certain court date. I come here for threading so this wasn’t as much of a problem for me; it was moreso the fact that the woman working on my brows kept stopping to listen in on the conversation - was not paying attention to me and doubled my time there. When I paid, I handed her my filled out my punch card (come 10 times and get next brows free) and she said “you’re lucky”.
