First time getting a wax ever in my life and my wax lady (salvana) was so sweet and funny. She made it a less painful experience asking me if I was okay the whole time and kept saying sorry every time it was too spicy. Definitely coming back as a guaranteed loyal customer. It's truly the employees positive attitude that helps the experience be worth it!

I'm really disappointed with how my eyebrows turned out. As soon as I walked in, I told the woman at the front desk what I wanted, and she sighed—probably because it was around 7 p.m. and she was in the middle of doing my brows. She was talking and moving back and forth, which made me uncomfortable because I was worried she was going to mess up my brows. Then I noticed she was removing more hair from my left brow even after she was almost finished. They looked okay, but I felt pressured into saying they looked good so I could pay and leave. When I got home, I realized one eyebrow was thicker than the other, though she did a good job trying to fix the mistake. I left a generous tip, but honestly, I feel ripped off for not getting a professional job done on my eyebrow. I haven’t touched my b

I had a very disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was ignored and treated with clear disrespect. The staff looked at me dismissively, like a dog and did not greet me, and made it obvious through their body language and eye-rolling that I was unwelcome. However, I watched them greet and acknowledge white customers immediately and warmly. The contrast in treatment was extremely noticeable and unacceptable. Based on my experience, it’s clear that Black customers are not treated with the same courtesy or professionalism. I chose not to tip and will not be returning. Businesses like this make it easy for customers to take their money elsewhere.

The only people I trust with my eyebrows. I’ve been going to them for over 5 years and I now travel to them cause I moved further away. Sazna finally got both my eyebrows to be exactly the same which took years from it being messed up by another place I will never make that mistake again
