I appreciate that they were able to fit mi in. I had dip removed and replaced with clear dip. I have done this many times at other salons without any issues. I’m not sure if she didn’t remove the underlying dip but my nails look terrible and you can clearly see irregularity under the nails. Picture on the left is what is what it looked like, on the right is what it typically looks like. Definitely not worth the $55 I paid.

Helen is very unprofessional. I was a customer of hers for 3.5 years. She handle’s engrown toenails very well I will say that. But it was always something I could tell she didn’t want to do anymore. Perhaps she could keep employees and train them but she treated her employees horrible. She talks to them like they are worthless and always less than her. It was so disturbing to watch. Many many times in the 3.5 years she would not show up to our scheduled appointments. One time I sat there for 2 hours while with an appointment and watched her do 3 walk-ins before me. They all left before I even started. I was so upset I left and didn’t go back for 6 months. But she does toenails as mentioned like no one I’ve found until recently. So I put up with her. Just moved to west side and saw the great reviews. So glad I asked for Helen. She did a perfect job on my French Tip gel nails. Right on time and in less than 45 minutes. I'll be back again!

I came in to this shop because I needed some designs done on my nails another salon did not do. I walked in and Helen took AMAZING care of me! You can tell she truly loves her job, and cares for her customers. I will NEVER go anywhere else! If you’re needing any kind of nail services done, you definitely need to stop by here! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you again for a beautiful designs!!!

This is my go to nail shop. Helen is phenomenal and never disappoints. It’s a also a very friendly and welcoming environment. 10/10 would recommend.
