WORST and LAZIEST pedicure I’ve ever gotten. She was rushing, I had to tell her to do a better job at pushing my cuticles back because she didn’t even try! Left a bunch of dead skin around my nails. She cut my cuticles on two different toes and had them stinging and BLEEDING and had a nasty attitude towards me for wanting them to take money off! There are white smears all over the edges of my toe nails from wiping the sides with her nail instead of cleaning behind it properly. Didn’t even lotion or oil them afterwards so I left with dry feet! This is the most TRIFLING I’ve seen my toes after stepping out somebody’s nail shop!!!

My nails broke off after only a few days of getting them done. It was my first time visiting this salon because they are opened on Sundays. I am never going back. I understand they want to prioritize their regular customers, but making sure new customers have a pleasant experience is what creates more loyal customers. When their regular customers started coming in, I felt like they started rushing on my nails. One of my nails got damaged in the process of getting them done and the owner or manager actually tried to charge me MORE to fix it (in addition to what I already had to pay for a pedicure and full set) and I never even left the salon. I moved here a few months ago and since then I've been looking for a nail salon that does good work but is also affordable. Let's just say this is not the place. I came here about an hour and a half before closing but had to wait an hour for service despite the fact that there was only two people ahead of me getting their nails done. once they finally got to me they were rushing and we're very rude about the fact that they had to do my nails. everything I requested to have done was refused the nail tech kept saying I can't do that I can't do that but my request was not elaborate. Very Reasonable prices, friendly staff and extremely clean. When my appointment at another nail shop was messed up, they took all 10 in my party. They even went over and above, they gave my baby girl a personal size cake, a happy birthday song and a $10 gift. They truly made our experience AWESOME!!!
