I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I visited initially having researched Melissa for lip filler and facial balancing. I’d been to several other upscale offices but had not been completely happy with the results I was getting. Melissa blew away my expectations. She has given me a natural and beautiful result with a small amount of filler and regular toxin. She is incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented while also focusing on my goals in the most effective and minimalistic way possible. I was introduced to Ali after signing up for a membership (which is an amazing deal if you are into self-care). Her medical grade facials were amazing and since that time, she has been performing my laser hair removal, additional facial services, and laser to the face and neck to assist

I had an appointment with Melissa McFarland at Blossum Aesthetics in Raleigh and couldn’t be happier. I was incredibly nervous about lip filler but after following her work on Instagram and a consultation, I knew she was the right injector for me. She was warm and welcoming and walked me through everything and the best part about the whole appointment is that it was painless! My lips look natural and I am so glad I chose Melissa for my first appt and I know I’ll be back to see her again! They gave me a cutie lip shaped ice pack and arnica gel to help with swelling and bruising, too. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Ali at Blossom Aesthetics. I’ve had several DMK enzyme therapies and dermaplaning treatments with her, and each visit is a fantastic experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and gentle, and always takes time to explain what she’s doing and why. The space is calming and relaxing. I even brought my teenage daughter for a facial, and Ali made her feel comfortable and confident. Highly recommend!

Alli provided the most relaxing service I’ve ever had. The radiance facial was exactly what I needed after a long week. It was a complete reset with incredible products.
