Blow and Go - Boca Raton

Besides my stylist being very nice. Booked a blowout online for $47 and was charged extra at checkout with no explanation beforehand. The service took less than 30 minutes for sure and no one mentioned any additional fees. When I called to ask about it, the response was RUDE & dismissive and the owner told me to call back another day because she was leaving! VERY disappointing customer service and unexpected charges. Put your money somewhere else.

The blow out I got was great when I finally got it! I waited 15 minutes after getting there and no one talked to me or updated me during that time. There was another person in the salon who sat there with wet hair for over 10-15 minutes waiting for a stylist to come blow dry her. There is definitely not structure with how they run the place. If you are in a rush or time crunch I wouldn't recommend but if you have the time to wait the blowout was good.

This is my 4th time now going to dionna and I Absolutely loved my experience with her. She just blew out my hair and it looks amazing. Dionna was not only professional and skilled, but also super friendly and made the whole appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations—my hair feels so smooth, bouncy, and full of life! I left the salon feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend Dionna if you're looking for a flawless blowout and great service. I'll definitely be back!

My absolute favorite blow dry salon in Boca Raton! I love it there. It’s like my second home 👸🏻. The owner is amazing and sweet as is her husband who helps out with scheduling, phones, etc. They are super busy and their stylists are amazing. Kiki is great! My blowouts, whether I do pin straight or bouncy curls, are always amazing. What’s best is that they are so friendly and kind! A must if you want to look like a supermodel. 👸🏻👸🏻👸🏻

No. Do not waste your time or money. I wanted a simple half up 'do for a formal event. The stylist first used a hair elastic that would have looked fine at the beach. When I rejected that treatment she tried a few other iterations,getting clearly more frustrated, and leaving me less and less confident this was going to be successful. Left the salon unhappy, but hadn't seen the back yet. When I looked at a picture, 6 bobby pins were clearly visible!!! I can't believe a professional stylist let someone walk out of their salon looking like that. Never had a worse experience!
