Ive gone twice. I absolutely love the work but i dont think its worth the pain. First woman made my cuticle bleed. Okay accidents happen. Tried again and got Henry and holy crap the next day my cuticles are so raw and destroyed. They hurt so bad. Ive never had someone go that rough on me in my life. I kept flinching so it was clear he was hurting me and just kept on doing so. Not sure if I'll be back to try again.

The man who did my nails was amazing! He shaped and applied them perfectly. It has been three weeks since I got them and only one has come off!! Love love love this place (First pic is when I got them done and the last two were 3 weeks after!)

Got my nails done less than a week ago for the first time and was charged $75 base for French tips. My nails are uneven and the tips are not fully covered in polish. I don't know if it's normally so rushed but it felt like it. Really upset about my first nail experience.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I had my nails done with a dip powder and they are all sticking up in a weird way. I walked in less than 48 hours later to see if I could please get them fixed. The blonde girl at the front desk is one of those “polite rude” people that everyone has experienced at one point or another. She explained that she needs to contact the owner to see if another tech can fix my nails. She agreed that the nails look bad. She took pictures and called the owner. Sat me down with a tech who asked to call the owner back and told her that here is nothing wrong with my nails! So the owner asked to speak to me and told me that I need to come back tomorrow so that she can see for herself. I was in such shock that I walked out of there without making an appo
