Found Kera on Groupon, and booked an appointment. I had a difficult time finding where she was, Google maps takes you to a location that doesn't have a building. Tried calling her several times and no response, even left a message. Finally found the building she was in, someone else kindly let me in because she again didn't answer the box in the lobby. Went back and everything was dark. No lights on. Doubt she is even there.

I recently visited Kera for a facial when I came to visit some old army buddies, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The ambiance was serene and relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home. The facial itself was absolutely divine. Kera was knowledgeable and attentive, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin's specific needs. I left with my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing.

My experience at Blue Room Beauty was nothing less than amazing. The esthetician Kera was super sweet, she made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment and I am smoother than I have ever been. I can't wait for my next appointment I would highly recommend this business to all my friends.

Kera is fantastic. My overall experience was great. I left feeling completely refreshed and that nourished skin glow feeling was just amazing. On top of everything, she has the most softest spa robes. A must try place!
