Blue Star Nails

Got my nails filled in yesterday. I’ll give the situation Two Stars for the fill in, color and the designs. The PROBLEM: The next morning after putting my hands in water my thumb nail paint came up!!! I had to pull the excess off! I looked at my left thumb, SAME PROBLEM. The polish is CLUMPED in the corner. Now when I get off of work I have to return to get those nails polished again. PLUS one of my middle nails has a slight line of white paint from the design. There is No design on that nail. I will NEVER let that guy do my nails again. I Never had my nails messed up there before. This was a LAZY, TACKY job!!!

Was an okay experience. Nothing to rave about. Pedicure was a little messy. The scenery is nice and the massage chairs are great. Nail techs could probably do a better job if they didnt talk among themselves so much and pay attention to what they’re doing.

My soon to be wife and I visited this afternoon and where terribly disappointed. I’ve add photos for demonstration. PLEASE DON’T visit this place they are lazy and ignorant to you request. Now were forced to pay elsewhere to get our nails done correctly. The photos are placed in order of what we asked for verses what we got. DONT GO HERE.

I broke one of my nails and had to get it fixed. I'm visiting the city so wasn't sure where to go and we ended up at this place. The experience was bad. The woman wasn't gentle whatsoever, she made almost no effort to make the nail the same shape or size as the others, and the nail just turned out pretty bad. My other nails are black with a bit of a sparkle ombre on the tips, and she didn't attempt an ombre at all, just slapped it on and now it looks horrible with a very harsh line. I've had to file and reshape it myself now because it looked so different from the others. She didn't talk to me or ask me what I thought about any step of the process even once, and it seemed like she just wanted to get it over with and get me out of there. I'm very disappointed and cannot wait to get this fix

They supposed to open at 9:30. Me and several employees been standing outside for an hour. My nails look a MESS!!! I showed this lady a picture of my previous nails 3 TIMES!! And she had the idea right but my nails are crooked!!! I been coming here for a year and this is the 3rd time the manager opened her shop an hour late! Being that my nails were messed up and I didn’t have time to fix them because I had to get my son for school I told her to charge me half price and she refused!
