No client should walk away from an interaction feeling belittled, frustrated and angry due to poor customer service and lack of clear communication. I had an appointment scheduled with Megan. I showed up on time for my appointment on Tuesday just to be told that she had me down for Monday and since I was not there on Monday she was charging me a $50 no show fee and no one else could do my hair for at least a month. Jeni has a fabulous vibe and great knowledge! My hair was an ugly rust color after the red color washed out, it was dry and brittle from the air here. She literally worked a miracle on my hair! Megan Sedres at Blue Star Salon has been my hair styling expert for many years. I have thick, coarse, gray hair which has always been a challenge for me and other stylists. Megan "gets" my hair! She also works with several others in our friends and family group; we all love her.
