I recently had a consult at BWS and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. You never know what the atmosphere will be at spa-type places so I was pleasantly surprised! There is a waiting area where they have someone go over all of their services so you can get a better feel for what all is offered and she really made me feel like I could ask any questions. During my consult, all of my questions were answered. I was not rushed. I was given all information I needed to make an informed decision. It was a great overall experience and I will be back!

After my HydraFacial with Lauren W, my husband told me he could see me in the dark because my skin was glowing so much! 😂 My skin looks and feels AMAZING! Lauren really cares about the details from making sure my hair didnt get wet (I had just gotten it done) to moisturing my lips (Not sure if thats a part of the service or if my lips were just crusty but either way, it was appreciated!) Not only was my treatment perfection, but everything is seamless--from scheduling my appointment with Jennifer to checking out and purchasing lots of goodies with Maggie (I wanted to purchase...no shady salespeople vibes!!).
