I once gave 5 stars, but politely mentioned a personal opinion about something unrelated to the salon on one occasion and was treated differently after that. Saw the owner actually *roll her eyes* at my stylist as I was speaking on one visit (!) - guess she didn't realize I could see her in the mirror. The stylist was really good, but will never go back because of this seriously rude and unprofessional behavior. Edit: you had an African American woman working at the salon some years back. I was her client. This review is not in error.

Chrissy was incredible! She fixed an extension nightmare that a previous salon/stylist had done to my hair, & she did an incredible job. This was a serious task & she not only took the time needed to help me, but she did it on her day off & on her own time. As a business owner myself, this type of customer service is simply priceless. I will for sure be sticking with Blueprint Salon permanently!
