I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience at this salon. During the service, the stylist handled my hair roughly, repeatedly yanking my head and scraping my scalp hard, which made the appointment physically uncomfortable. While working, she asked me if my bang length was okay. I calmly replied that it was a little shorter than expected but not bad, and that I wanted to see how it looked once everything dried. Immediately after that response, the stylist began cursing at me and trying to argue. I remained calm and asked her to please just finish my hair. Once the service was completed, the stylist escalated further and became verbally abusive, insulting me by calling me broke, ugly, and skinny, telling me not to return to the salon, and making degrading comments about my abili

Went here for a quick and easy on the pockets cut. The lady was very nice! But my hair after the cut was choppy and not how i wanted. I do recommend going still only because im a difficult person to satisfy.

They don't know how to be gentle at all and pulled my hair very roughly. I had to endure the whole time i got the hair color and cut. The whole experience was extremely painful for me as i have sensitive sculp. When they brushed my hair, it's like they wanted to cut me with the hair brush. Never going back. Didn't really get the color and cut i wanted, either.

Love this place I didn’t need to have an app to get my haircut and the lady was very friendly and its very affordable if you only want a cut and wash bc its only $25 I thought it would of been 100 like the other hair salon i go to. Will come back to get my haircut and a style😌 the style cost $40. I wanted a butterfly cut and i got it but it was kinda to short hut i still love it💇‍♀️❤️‍🔥
