This has to be the worst nail salon and the worst experience I have ever had. When I checked in I asked the lady for a Fill In she said okay and helped me pick the color to match my existing. And she then told me chair number 3. Another lady sat down and started. I said fill in again and she nodded yes. Then 5 minutes later she started taking all off my tips and all the color and I stopped her saying that’s that we are doing a fill in. She called someone else over and that lady told me that a fill is not possible now that they have already started. I told them I just got these tips on two weeks ago and that I asked for a fill in when I checked in and if I knew this was going to happen I wouldn’t have sat down. She said it was miscommunication and that I can pay $50 for new tips. I said n

As a man who likes a good manicure and pedicure, I know how the process works. The times I've been here to get either a manicure or pedicure, they always try to rush me out. It seems as if they don't care about men who want a basic manicure and pedicure because it's not an elaborate sale. There are too many nail shops are here in Plano who practice this policy. My money is just as good as anyone else. I have yet to find a shop that treats me like a valued customer. They way you treat me will determine your tip. It's very frustrating. So now I have to go home to shape my nails the way I like them. I told them specifically what I want and as always, they never listen. My cuticles were not pushed back enough nor trimmed evenly. Nails were cut and filed unevenly too on both my hands and feet

I have been here a few times. Great each time. It's been a while. My nails look great, and I felt so welcomed by Faith, who remembered me from about 8 months ago and what I was going through.. and she did an amazing job on my nails. Thank you!

My mom and I have been coming here for over a decade and we love the services and the wonderful women who work here. The deluxe pedicure is the BEST! The experience is always relaxing and never feels rushed. Ask for Kay if you feel like having the best mani/pedi massage you've ever had.

Very sad about this place. I have been going here for a couple years off and on. Been basically pleased for what you get for the price. Well the other day I go to get the Deluxe Pedi and Mano Combo. The pedicure includes a hot stone massage. When the lady was about to paint my nails I asked what happened to the stone massage? She did a massage with her hands only. Another manicurist 2 seats down yelled, "You got your hot stone massage" in a rude and abrasive manner. A customer sitting next to me said, "No, she did not get a hot stone massage". At that point I let it be. Not in the mood to argue and beg for this part of the procedure. Flash forward to the payment part. The lady who did me rang up the pedi and mani as 2 separate services.
