I received lymphatic massages starting one day post op, after getting a mommy makeover! Everyone at the spa made me feel so comfortable and took great care of me! My recovery would not have been as smooth without the knowledge and help of Giselle! Giselle treats you like family and truly has your best interest in mind when making your treatment plan. I never felt like it was about money or that I wasn’t safe in her care!

I booked six lymphatic and chin/neck massages with Giselle following my cosmetic surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The pricing was great, but what truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality. Giselle and Carolina went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable—helping me in and out of my garments, offering tea, and showing genuine care throughout each visit.The overall quality of service and welcoming atmosphere made a huge difference in my recovery. I also purchased a faja from Giselle, which has been incredibly helpful in giving my new shape the support and room it needed. Even after my sessions, Giselle remains available for recovery advice, which speaks volumes about her dedication. I highly recommend their services!

I had a post-surgery massage and it was excellent. Gisell was knowledgeable, gentle, and very attentive to my needs and limitations. She made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the session. The massage helped reduce swelling more than I expected. The space was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery!

Body Culture Spa has been an amazing place to go post surgery. Surgeons do their job while your under but post op it’s your responsibility to make sure you take proper care and Body Culture is definitely the place to go for that. All who work there are very experienced in what they do and not only will they provide you with amazing service while your there but they will give you all the advice and tips on what steps to take at home… From what you should be eating , drinking , tea recommendations, compression advice etc.. I could keep on.. Amazing hospitality and put your care and needs first ! Their products are great as well !! Such as their fajas, foams/boards etc… You just can’t be steered wrong there.. Highly recommend for post op care! I’ll def be back as they offer other cosmetology

Came here to give a 10/10 review for BODY CULTURE SPA in Charlotte NC! Had my appointment with Giselle Quintero and it was FANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Very welcoming. I will indeed be back. I can't thank you enough.
