The doctor diagnosed it as a stage 2 chemical burn. It took me three months to recover both physically and mentally. Today I decided to give them another chance. I returned only to find out my trusted technician was no longer there. No more extractions, no more facial massage. Instead, I was treated by someone who clearly lacked experience.
