Definitely should re-evaluate how they speak to clients over the phone inquiring about appointments. Disappointing, but customer service is the name of the receptionist game, sounded like an inconvenience that I asked her a question.

We have been going to Body Glow for over 15 years now, great place, great quality, even better prices. It is family owned, and they are wonderful people. My husband receives Massages here, and it helps with his workout routine, as well as he used to get a Sciatic nerve pain, and it is gone now, massage fixes it immediately, and likewise he never gets them anymore with routine massages. I mainly attend for the Tanning, which is perfect!
