Had a great first time experience at body goals today ! Joselyn was awesome!! She talked with me through the whole thing and made sure I was comfortable and okay Clean and estheticly pleasant Found my new wax person and place

My experience was great! This was my first time at the beauty lounge & also my first wax. Aisha did so good and was very comforting, she answered all my questions and gave some tips. The environment was very welcoming, I will definitely book again!

I went to get a wax from this establishment on Friday February 20th. The staff was friendly and the customer service was well; however the wax itself was not. I have been getting waxed for more than 4 years so I know what to expect, my pain tolerance, things not to do post-wax, etc. During the wax the esthetician had to tug at the wax repeatedly to get it off. Once we got to the last strip of the wax, the esthetician commented that the wax was too elastic and a “bad batch”. Initially I did not think anything of it because all hard wax is not made the same. That was until gradually throughout the day my skin started feeling extremely irritated. Again initially it was not bad so I thought is was just because I got waxed, minor irritation is normal; however by the time I got home my skin was

I had such a great experience here! Aisha made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and super easy to talk to, which helped calm my nerves right away. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their comfort. I’m so glad I found her — I’d definitely recommend Aisha to anyone, especially if you’re new or a bit anxious. She’s amazing!

I got my first wax ever here today and let me just say Jakkia is the TRUTH. She made me feel so comfortable to the point i talked more and was more concerned with the conversation than the wax. I left happy and bald :) she even took the time to explain next steps and what to do moving forward since this is all new to me. 10000/10 she will be seeing me again so hopefully i didn’t yap too much !!
