Came in with long beautiful hair, asking for an old money cut, showed videos, pictures and asked over 100 questions to make sure she could do it. Asked for and expresso brown or olive brown hair color , a bit longer than shoulder length , face framing bangs . Came out with a pixie cut , dora bangs, and jet black hair. My first time ever going to a professional for my cut wanting a new beautiful look , so excited to look great. and now my hair is completely ruined and there’s nothing I can do about it. Very unhappy. Very sad.

Desiree was a dream come true! I flew in from Philadelphia for a wedding, found her online because she’s open on Sunday. Asked if she knew what a Gibson Girl updo was, she said no, I replied I have video… 20 minutes later I walked out of there with the EXACT hairdo I wanted. Amazing!

Desiree is the best! I have been going to her for years and wouldn't want to go to anyone else. I love the private studio, it is a great atmosphere. I have done many different colors and they all come out amazing. I do full bleach now and my hair is still so healthy thanks to Desiree.
