Bolling Air Force Base Barber Shop

I was hesitant to get a haircut on base but I needed a haircut and didn't have a lot of time, and it was actually a good experience. The man did a good job. Cheaper than off base even with tip. It wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon so I just walked in. Convenient.

Got my kiddo his first PX haircut. Great experience for all of us and even got my own haircut. Friendly and professional!

Great place for a nice haircut at a very good price I was originally not going to review this place but read their reviews on Google and think that this place needed to hear about my experience. Most of the other reviews paint a very bad picture and are from several months or years ago. I visited this place in November and had a very nice experience. This establishment is located on JBAB right across from the Exchange. There is plenty of covered parking on the north side of the building close to the entrance. The shop had plenty of chairs and was designed to handle a fair amount of people. It was not busy when I walked in. The shop was clean and bright. I was seated right away. Was a little worried due to all the negative reviews, but just needed a quick haircut and did not want to drive far or pay a lot for a simple cut. They did as good as any other place. Standard BX barber.

My two teenage sons both received haircuts at this establishment. Neither got the haircut style they asked for, and one haircut was 4 dollars more than the other? I am not impressed. I guess they deserve 1 star because of the convenience?
