Bona Vada Barbershop

I really enjoy getting my haircut overseas and when I found out about Tom being a fellow ALFOS, cadet I had to go here. Not only did Tom do one of the best haircuts I've ever had, he took his time to consult and it was pure perfection. The shop had the friendliest vibe with clients and staff members all having great camaraderie. I'd definitely be a regular if I lived in this awesome city that is San Francisco.💇‍♂️❤️

Great haircut. Relaxed. This is the kind of place where stylists are independent and by cutting out the middleman they can make more money so I like to support that.

Amazing barbershop! I have been going here since it opened and followed one of the owners from another barbershop. Everyone is super friendly and very inclusive to the lgbt+ community. They also have a rotating art display from local artists that changes every few weeks/months so it’s fun to check out the new stuff when you get your cut.

Really great barbershop with well-curated local art and community events. Chico and Tom are both very skilled barbers and created a great environment. Booking through their site is easy and they seem to always be on time. Very clean and comfortable space, and convenient to get to. I'm really happy that they opened Bona Vada!

Best barbershop I’ve ever had my hair cut in. Chico knows what looks best, always gets the cut perfect and is incredibly chill while doing so - I met Chico at his previous barbershop and followed him to Bona Vada when he opened it. The shop is adorned with lots of local art too, cool atmosphere!
