BONGO NAIL LOUNGE

I had the most wonderful experience at Bongo Nail Lounge. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt clean, calm, and welcoming, the kind of place where you instantly know you’re in good hands. My manicure turned out absolutely beautiful. What really stood out was the level of care and patience. My technician took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. You can truly feel the pride they take in their work. I will be going back!

A week before this visit my daughter and I had gone to a different location and her gel nail polish fell off after 2 days. Since I couldn't go back to the original location I went to, I tried Bongo nails since they are close to my home. The owner let me know that the children have oilier nail beds and nail polish falls off easier, which makes sense. They did a lot more prep and took their time with my daughter, and the polish lasted a week and a half which is much more reasonable. Their pricing is also on point. I will be back at some point for both of us.

Super good experience!! I have some badly damaged nails, broke in the middle and really hurt. When doing my nails, my nail technician really careful and gentle and it didn’t hurt at all!!! I asked for a set of complex drawing with a game Minecraft theme, she finished exact the thing I want! Soooo cuuuute I like it so much. I think I will stick to Bongo

Cathy is a jewel and runs the place with so much love, all the nail technicians are really attentive, talented and are keen to do precisely as you ask, catering to your unique style... I've brought my mother & she too had nothing but positive things to say about the service & everyone's kindness.'

I was very disappointed at my first and last visit at this salon. The first red flag I noticed was that I didn’t see any licenses for the employees working there but I still went in thinking it’d be great. I was greeted with great service by the staff but left with a bad product. I noticed my nail tech didn’t have a license at all but I didn’t want to doubt her. I showed her my picture of the nails and gave me a bootleg version of what I wanted which took up 6 hours of my day. I then was charged a medium length when my nails were visibly short (some places vary on size but I disagreed with my charge.) I will say the woman accommodated me to a French tip but I hate that I spent 6 hours and to get up charged. The service was nice but I left feeling uneasy. Wouldn’t recommend
