Two stars because the technician was super sweet and did a great job on my brows. Otherwise 0 out of 5. I had lashes put on and they bothered me some but I didn’t think anything of it until I went somewhere else for a facial. That technician told me they were installed on my skin not my lashes. When I called to discuss it, the man was rude and ranting. I wouldn’t have left a review at all had he handled this differently.

I definitely won’t be coming back and I would suggest you save your money. Firstly, I came in to get my brows threaded and I told the older white man with long hair to clean up my brows a little to keep my natural shape to which he rolled his eyes. I should’ve known then just to turn around and leave but I decided to trust the process. During the service, he thought he knew best and did the opposite of what I asked. He took way too much off and stated “ I was trying to make them twins”. I can honestly say that he did not and left my brows uneven. He was verbally aggressive and I felt uncomfortable. I truly regret my decision to stay and trust him because now I feel so insecure that I’m struggling to even look in the mirror.

Ash did A WONDERFUL JOB threading my brows!!! I have been trying to achieve this look for so long!! Highly recommend her for services provided! Never been happier with my eyebrows!! Will be back!!

Let’s just say, I won’t be returning! I had my eyebrows threaded & tinted and the tint ended up on my dress( no pic but the salon does) and in my hair (photo provided). I was told I smeared it but it was drops not smears. I’m only being reimbursed for the tint and not the full service! Whatever…

Will give a three because I’ve had great experiences in the past. I know that I went in at 5:37pm but I was still hoping to get my brows done. The shop was closed and when I went to knock on the door, the blonde haired gentleman quickly told me that they were closed. The Mall closes at six. I just saw him walking out to his car at 5:47pm. Super disappointed.
