I came to get my eyebrows done for my senior pictures and I always get them done right never had a problem until today the lady cut part of my eyebrow off and I’m sad about it but she couldn’t do anything

I came to get my eyebrows done and called a day before and they said they will open at 11:00 am. They open their doors whenever they feel like it. I waited around almost two hours before they opened. You also have to be careful who do your brows. I had one incident where one brow was smaller than the other and she did them too thin when asked not to.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and have never had any issues until this past Saturday. There is definitely some reverse racism (Afrian-American) happening with one of the employees. I was treated passively aggressively despite being very nice to her. The customer prior to me (who was the same race as her) was treated with respect and kindness. I don’t have a racist bone in my body and was treated so poorly and with attitude. I was aggressively told and guided to where to place to hands to hold my eye lids down, and then told I can remove the brown powder myself then she just did it. I also made note that the next white customer that came in after me was treated with poor kindness as well. Never in my life have I been treated this way when going to get my eyebrows wax

My last experience there was great. The lady who my brows had the most soothing touch and relaxing voice ever!! I forgot how painful threading can be. She also took great directives in not over arching my brows. I prefer them full...I've previously had bad experiences with getting them overarched.

Unprofessional place. Hardly ever open. You have to come back multiple times to get any service. This was my third and last time coming here. The first 2 times I came awesome service and quality work. This last time I came there was someone there that I never seen before so I should have left but I didn't. Her service was awful, she threaded my eyebrows and when she was finish they didn't match. So I don't know what she was looking at or was she just doing each brow as a stand alone brow. Unsatisfied!!
