Bonita Nails & Spa

I initially went for a pedicure but I saw Evelyns work on someone else and I just had to get my nails done with her. She was patient and friendly. She understood what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Held a conversation with me throughout the process. Despite it being busy she took her time and did a great job. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Evelyn I love how my nails came out!!

I went for the first time yesterday and I was a little bit anxious 'cause I'm a bit picky when it comes to my nails, but to my surprise it was a nice experience. I was assisted by Nathan whom welcomed me in a friendly manner as soon as I entered the spa, whom by the way has over 20 years of experience, and certainly I can tell. He took only 50-55 minutes doing my nails from scratch! I was so surprised. He understood what I wanted, the shape I wanted and the length. I highly recommend him as your nail artist, because he is really good at doing his job. Of course my design was a simple one, maybe with more elaborated designs he may take a little longer, but I still think it was a pretty fast and good service. i want to preface by saying that i came in at 6pm on a Wednesday so i understand it was nearing EOD but the experience i had here was truly one of the worst ive ever had after getting my nails done for 10 years. i can only assume the woman i dealt with was the owner of this establishment due to the utter lack of care and consideration she had. i walked in with a friend and asked for a full set, when she asked to see what i wanted i went to pull up a picture and she quite literally walked away without saying a word to me to check someone out. she came back, glanced at the photo and told me to sit down by gesturing over to tables. the table did not look clean or wiped down. she then began my service while letting out long sighs and no attempts to make conversation. again, i realize it was ne

Revised version: This was my second time coming to this nail spa, and honestly, I regretted it. The first time was great—the girl who did my nails did an amazing job, which is why I decided to come back. But this time, it was completely different. I asked for a design, and not only did it turn out poorly, but the process hurt so much that my fingers were sore for an entire day. The prices are also way too high for the quality. It costs the same as a high-end nail spa, but the service doesn’t match. For my pedicure, I asked for a French style, but they didn’t even take the time to properly clean, file, or shape my nails. They also charged me more than last time, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
