I happened to walk in here while I was around Rockefeller center. I had the most wonderful time getting to know the brand and trying out the products. I especially loved the hydrating balm! It’s such a cute and easy way to hydrate on the go. Each product felt so luxurious on my skin. The music box concept/ skincare as a ritual was what really sold me. Also I met someone who helped me named Micheal Knight who really went above and beyond to give me a customized experience. I highly recommend!

Experienced a unique, luxurious Ritual at the new Madison Room showroom - entering to the right from the Lotte Hotel Courtyard. My favorite- the perfume is a subtle new must wear!

The store is located in the historic gold room of the Lotte Hotel. The store is absolutely gorgeous and the products and staff were just as amazing. I was lucky enough to be greeted by the founder who introduced me to the Caviar infused signature line. I've been using the line for a month and my skin has never looked better. Everybody was friendly and a chat with the founder just made my experience that much better. Can't wait to go back
