I’ve been coming to this store for over 5 years, but after my experience today, I’m done. While I was still shopping, the owner accused me of stealing—even though I was using the bag they gave me. How do you treat a loyal customer like that, especially in a predominantly Black neighborhood that you’re profiting off of? The audacity. I’m never coming back.

They have a wide variety of reasonably priced products however, I took exception (and made it known) to the Asian owner following my companion around as if we were common criminals. This kind of behavior has got to stop.

Terrible customer service from the OWNER. Definitely doesn't care about neighborhood community customers just the dollars.Extremely $ hungry and has not respect for the people of color that come into her business. Also speaks disrespectfully to her employees. I have worked 2 years across the street from this establishment and will never go back after her lack of respect. GO put ur dollars where they are appreciated

BEWARE OF THIS STORE, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! A beauty supply store that will never get my business again solely because of management. For starters the manager of the store sleeps during business hours and does not want anybody to wake her up or her attitude is beyond nasty. No employee or consumer should have to deal with that! Bought a hooded dryer that has no air strength bought it back to the store for the manager to plug it in, refuse the exchange and state, “it blows air so I’m not exchanging it, people buy things use it for what they need and try to get something different and I’m not doing that for anybody.” I was highly offended and appalled that a business owner can clearly see the issue but due to people doing that to her in the past I am stuck with an item I

This store is always well stocked. It almost always has what I need. The cashier and the lady at the door were very helpful and actually physically took me to the product that I was looking for. They had my parting combs and smaller containers of got2bglue.
