I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I had to change my appointment date once and the time twice, and they were incredibly nice about it every time. I really appreciate great customer service, and they truly deliver. I always ask for the lady next to the register because she does an amazing job designing my nails, she’s the best! On top of that, their prices are much more affordable. These nails were $68, while other places quoted me $95 for the same style. Amazing service, talented artists, and great prices. Definitely worth it!

10/10 EXCELLENT service! I recently moved to the bath beach area and was looking for a new nail salon. I came to B&P to get a gel manicure, regular pedicure, and eyebrow wax. With a design on two fingers, I paid $64 total ($23 for reg pedicure, $33 for gel mani w/ design, and $8 for eyebrow wax). That’s nearly $17 less than what I used to pay at the nail salon I frequented in Bay Ridge for over 10 years!! The woman, Ling, who did my pedicure and started my manicure, was extremely gently and receptive to all of my questions. The gentleman, Pin, applied the design after the initial manicure was done by Ling and he was so attentive! I came here a few weeks ago on a rainy day. I mean pouring. They were kind enough to usher me in. At the time I did Gelx. I got a stamp card and was told to come back again. No mention of an appointment or anything.They are right near my lash tech and since I was already getting a lash fill in it made sense to also get a nail fill in. I went today and instead of being met with smiles, I was met with confusion and rudeness. " You should have made an appointment". I told them I was not told to make an appointment. Many many nail salons in Brooklyn operate with walk-ins. So if they did not do walk ins it would have been great to know.The younger man in the glasses acted as if my questions were bothering them. This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in Brooklyn. I have been going to this salon for over a year consistently.They are a very clean and professional business.They are extremely efficient when scheduling appointments and always call back if they miss your call. Baby is by far the best for acrylics and always does an amazing job recreating the inspiration pictures I show her. Fair pricing for quality work.

I recently started getting my nails done here a couple months ago and normally I never used get my nails done before. Now I come here every 2 to 3 weeks basically, and even recommended to couple of my friends. I love my nail tech she’s very talented and super gentle when she does nails. I usually get acrylic with gel and design on few nails and each picture of nail design I’ve shown her she’s been able to fully recreate it. The price is very affordable and you get what you paid for plus the manicures I’ve gotten here never chipped. Overall I definitely recommend this place and this salon has become a regular customer pace that I come to now.
