My daughter had a takedown service for braids by a woman I believe her name is My Story and she cut my daughter’s natural hair. My husband tried to explain to her several times that our daughter hair is very long so please be careful with cutting the extension hair. She took it upon herself to cut as much hair and ended ho cuttin a lot of daughter’s hair. She no longer has the same length. I tried telling this to the lady and she became defensive and in person and over the phone. She was very unprofessional and rude. She shouldn’t be working in this profession if this is how she treats customers.

Great Salon and Nice People. Do not affiliate the “Loc Extensions and Dreadlocks Salon” to this actual salon, as they are different from what I was told today. Zena is the woman who does the unisex loc retwist and women weave installs I believe. I found her on Booksy so I just thought she was an employee of theirs but she’s not she just rents a room. She is unprofessional, she lacks customer service experience, she is very argumentative, and she WILL overcharge you if she feels as though you will not tip her based on her attitude. The reviews for her independent business speaks for themselves and even her responses to the Google reviews speaks it even louder. I left That full review under that establishment but again this has nothing to do with the actual salon itself. This salon is neat

First off let me say a big thank you to Zena for restoring my locs. I feel so much better about my loc journey with her caring for dor my hair. I was down to strands yesterday and she was able to bring them back to life, thank you to an amazing stylist that has become my new stylist.

This place has such a positive, welcoming, and loving vibe—it's truly a joy to walk in every time. First and foremost, I have to shout out to the one and only Rufi, who is an incredible hairstylist! She transformed my hair from brunette to full-blown blonde, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Rufi always listens carefully to what I want, takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect, and delivers flawlessly every single time. Hands down, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great hair service, BUT PLEASE LEAVE THE LITTLE GIRL AT HOME. One of the stylists' kids was screaming and crying and causing a ruckus and chaos in the salon during my appointment. There is no peace. I want to give a good review, but the salon feels like a daycare.
