Please do not bring your child here. My daughter’s hairstyle is a mess. The price increased from $25 to $80, including a $40wash/blow-dry that was not needed. I did leave a tip, but the service did not reflect professionalism. The stylist who did my daughter’s hair left the shop multiple times to go to her car, which was concerning and unacceptable. Whoever trained her should be ashamed, because this level of work should never be done on a child. My daughter left upset and in tears. This business is cash only with an ATM fee nearby. Not worth the money, stress, or disappointment. Very respectfully, Concerned Dad

The stylist that I had on Tuesday this week was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me as she verbally expressed that she was having a bad day and dealing with real life issues and barely made it in to the shop that morning. She texted on her phone the entirety of the time I was sitting in her booth. Worst part was when she told me I could go to another stylists chair if I wanted to. I felt lost and confused as a customer. My hair is a mess, she didn’t mold it down like she did when I went there in December. My braids are also uneven! She took her stress out on me and I had nothing to do with whatever she was going through. Her name was Stephanie. Whether a hair style is 25 dollars or 200 dollars , you should always treat clients with respect as we are spending our money to get pamper

My experience here was nothing short of amazing!!!!!!! I love it here and so does my daughter !!!!! I always bring her here to Tereona in Braid Bratz, she is the best of the best!!!!! Prices are reasonable and her work is very very good and she has the best patience with kids!!!! She don’t take too long at all and she takes her time and make sure the client and parent is satisfied before departure and if your kid gets hungry she has the best snacks and juice choices along with a tv with movies the kids would enjoy watching so they will be occupied. Please don’t walk but run and go get your baby hair done by the best Tereona at Braid Bratz!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT !!!’

Great especially during sport season! My daughter has practice three times a week and her styles last and she’s happy! Not complex and it didn’t take all day! We were in and out with enough time to go home and get ready for the week! Strongly recommend!

After leaving the Gwinnett location due to a negative experience today (check my reviews), I decided to visit Braid Bratz. They were polite the entire time. What caused me to leave without service is the fact that they wanted to charge me $20 to blow dry my daughter’s hair as well as $10 additional dollars for beads. So the style that was originally $25, I was quoted $55. There’s beads in the advertised photo. This wasn’t the case on my first visit to the Gwinnett location. As you can see my daughter’s hair is dry and I had it braided in two after washing/ blow drying it last night from the braids she had for her first visit at Gwinnett in January. I checked her out of school for this and upon arrival I already let them know I left the Gwinnett location to come there today. No where on the
