Braid bar Gwinnett

Got my two little ones hair braided today! It’s been a while & Ms.Tria was very patient with my son!!! The other employees are absolutely sweet. I missed them so much we will be back!! Best Braid bar ever!! I highly recommend yall to come here. When you give good energy you receive it! Amazing customer service !

I had an amazing experience at the Gwinnett location today and getting my hair ready for my vacation. My experience today was above par and I look forward to many more visits with this location. My braider was exceptionally patient. and was amazing, thank you ladies. See you next time. I am sending my granddaughter over on Sunday to get her hair done.

First time customer and first impression very unprofessional. Call asked what time they take their last customer. Ok 6:15pm no problem made it in time. Never greeted the lady came grab my daughter didn’t say nothing. I said hi she’s isla, no response. My daughter sat in the braiders chair and the braider stated she may have to blow dry her ends. I’m like ok, fine. I sat down notice the cash only sign. Went to the store came back waited on my daughter. As we’re checking out I asked how much and was told $75. I said did you charge me extra for something. This lady proceeded to say I thought it was understood, very weird. I said you have to be clear to customers. The style went from $50 to $75. I think it’s fair to let customers know if you there’s an extra charge. They charge an extra $5 for

First time visiting this location. The staff seemed tired and ready to go mid day. I got my daughter a birthday genie ponytail but the stylist Jocelyn was inexperienced w doing the ponytail. It was concerning bc she needed assistance from the girl beside her several times and these are not beauty school prices. The ponytail still didn't sit up right after leaving and I felt the stitch braids could have been better quality.

Pumpkin for president!!! No, really, she did an awesome job! When the actual manager was not there, she ran the shop really well. Even when she was there, together things ran pretty smoothly. She or the manager were not rude at all and actually hilarious! It's not a bad place to get good quality braids. I'm going to double back and try other styles.
