I received large knotless box braids from Sonia. I showed her a picture and she did it just like the picture. I love my braids. She took her time and was very professional. My braids are neat and I enjoyed her conversation during our time. I recommend her for all braiding styles.

I was recommended this place from a friend from instagram. They had a blue check so I thought they were legit. But they tried to upscale my price from 180$ to 200$ but I spoke up. The older lady doing my hair purposely made my twists look fat. It was like a warehouse with cracked walls and furniture. And for only twists, I was already overcharged.

The owner is really really good and nice and her workers too. I never go anywhere else to make my hair but braidsbysonia. Her prices are good unlike other places that charge way too high and the braids still don’t turn out nice but Sonia work is very neat and the parts and it lasts, really do worth the trip from PA to NJ to get my hair done. I REALLY DO RECOMMEND HER.
