The lady did my hair she rushed because she was ready to go. Not even a week later I called because my braids are falling out She charged me 250 !!!! My hair looks crazy in im seriously not happy !! Then when I called she was beyond rude & yelling in cussing & told me I have no right to be upset !! Because it a fixable job but still ain't let me come back in to get it fixed .

They have bad customer service. Talks very rude also speak about you in their language. My experience here was horrible she rushed my hair job complained about my hair length all the above poor customer service skills will not be spending any more money here. Thanks for the 200 work that’s not lasting!

This place use do hair good but notice how small these kinky twist have gotten, how stringy it looks. I don’t like it. it use to be full head of twist. There not using enough hair. When customers pay there money they want it the way they ask. I will not be returning. Going where they will do my hair the way I want it.

Never. I bought a braiding book from a local hair store. I brought it to the shop and asked if they could do the style I wanted. She said yes but come back in two hours. I agreed. As I proceeded to walk out. She harshly snatched my book out my hand and took it. As if I would steal one of her magazines. Everyone saw me walk into her shop with it. She is rude and disrespectful. All she made from me was that $10 book instead of my $300 for my hair style. I never went back. I paid another shop that day.
