terrible customer service. i’ve been to her about 5 times and every time she changes the price, even if im getting the exact same style, she tell me $250 one time then $300 the next time. last time i went to her i booked the day before and she said she was available and i asked for two people to do my hair because i didnt want to sit for long, i showed up to her just starting on someone else’s hair (my appointment was at 10am i got there at 9:55). then she tells me that the other lady is “on her way” and i’m left waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment time, and got my hair done by one person while Aesha did someone else’s hair.
Horrible customer service, smell and environment. I didn't know whether I was in a salon or daycare. The salon was filthy, trash, dust, bugs and hair everywhere. She allows her daughter to bring her granddaughter and she's constantly touching stuff, making a mess, putting objects in her mouth grabbing customers personal belongings to the point they have to stop doing hair to make her stop. Then Aesha would start on hair and leave her daughter to finish. She jack up prices also. She gives you one price but once you finish she tells you a totally different price. Definitely won't be going back.
Basically a hole in the wall shop she braids out of. I emailed her a picture of the style that I wanted she said she could do it but when I arrived she kept trying to do another style one that she is more familiar with. I wanted Havana Twist. She gave me Senegalese Twists. The difference is the hair and the installation. She said she had the hair. She did not have the hair for the style I wanted. She had boxes of hair that is all the same just different colors that she uses on everybody. Despite me texting her the picture of the Havana Twist style that I wanted she began putting in small Senegalese Twists. At that point, I asked Aesha to make it larger. To which she replied it's harder to twist the bigger it is. It's been a week and they're already unraveling. Nevertheless she did make the
Hair was finished pretty fast. About 4.5 hours for mini twist. And not having the usual pain associated with having your hair braided was a plus. Would go back again.
I showed her the style I wanted. And she had every detail from the picture down to perfection. And pricing was reasonable
