I went to them 2 weeks ago and yes they were very professional but the boho hair isn't 💯 percent human. After 2 weeks is already shedding its so tangled I can't even comb it it's so matted up. At this point I'm not going to even full with these people and just take it out.... I should have brought my own hair but they had the special for 280. Yes it looked pretty when I left but after a few weeks trust me you'll be upset to. Once I take photos I will update my review

The team was professional, welcoming, and skilled. I’ve went to the same 2 stylist each time and they’ve delivered consistently. My braids are always neat, lightweight but full and beautifully done. They’re quick, reasonable priced, and offer flexible times.

I visited your establishment about three weeks ago, and I already had to take out the boho because the hair became extremely matted and tangled. Yes, it looked nice on the first day, but long-term this hair is not 100% human hair. I am very upset because I expect honesty especially when spending my money. I could have purchased my own hair if I knew this was the quality I’d receive. My boho styles usually last me at least two months, not barely three weeks before they turn into a hot mess. When I called to speak to someone, I was told I “should’ve come back weeks ago,” but how would I know weeks ago that the hair would turn out like this? 280 down the drain

I asked for the first picture but got the second picture with big parts in middle braids when I asked for small braids.First time going in last time the assignment was not followed for $300 very disappointed some braids are coming unbraided the second day.They have poor communication skills I’ll be getting my attorney involved my hair looks like it been in for a month after two weeks for $300 no reply back or anything.My daughter hair is the only one that look right.
