Love my braids! Holding up nicely after 4 weeks. She’s professional, friendly, and did them so neatly. She’s definitely going to be my braider whenever I’m in town!

First time she braided my daughter's hair I had to tell her SEVERAL times that she was braiding entirely too tight. My daughter was crying so I walked over to see why and literally her scalp had folds in it due to her braiding that tight. The hair around the front edges were so tight that all along the hairline was extremely red. Any professional braider would know you don't braid hair that tight...very unhealthy for the scalp and hair. However, she did loosen the braids but only after I specifically told her to. Second time I scheduled an appt about 2 years later and I arrived but she wasn't there. When I called her she said she couldn't tell that the time was 12 instead of 2. I had made the appt via text and I guess she couldn't see her phone text that well?? Hmmm. I scheduled w
