I had such a great experience bringing my 6-year-old in for cornrows—this was only his second time getting his hair done. As any parent knows, there can be a little discomfort at that age, but the entire team was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with him throughout the process. They took their time, checked in with him, and made sure he felt comfortable, which meant everything to me as a parent. The cornrows came out clean, neat, and beautifully done—better than I could’ve asked for. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism they showed, especially with a child. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this salon to any parents looking for a great experience and even better results.

This was my first time here as a walk in last minute. I had the pleasure of taking advantage of a special going on advertising on IG and I am so thankful I did. I took my niece here for Large knotless braids and let's just say the service exceed the surrounding viral hype. With only one woman on her hair she was done in two hours and accurate parting all throughout. Now this was beyond impressive and this has definitely sold me on this establishment and the true service and satisfaction they are aimed at providing their customers. Highly recommended.

I did a lot of research online before choosing Titi. I paid a $35 nonrefundable fee to reserve my appointment for Fulani braids. If I didn’t show up my deposit was non-refundable. My appointment was at 10am. She wasn’t there. I specifically researched Titi and selected her for my over $200 service. Another lady started braiding my hair from the bottom. I assumed she was just trying to help until Titi arrived. At 11am another lady arrived with an appointment for Titi. How can Titi braid two heads at the same time? Titi NEVER showed up. When my hair was finished, I asked about Titi’s whereabouts again and was told she was traveling. This is ridiculous. You don’t confirm two appointments; have a policy that if the client is a no-show you will keep the deposit, and then don’t call the

This place is awful. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Titi the owner is not the person who does the braids she hires other people to do the braids which would be fine if they were of the same caliber. I requested Fulani braids and was told it would take 3hrs. 5hrs later only the back of my head was completed with knotless that were subpar at best. the parts were uneven and the braids were big. Once she tried to do the cornrows at the top I quickly realized this braider had no idea what she was doing! The braids were not feed-in, bulky and parts were uneven. I ended up leaving after 5 1/2hr taking the front of my head completely out and going to another braider to finish and fix the job! SENT MY CLIENT FROM CHARLOTTE HERE and she booked her appt for today at 7am, got there. the folks was late, and ain’t have the hair needed to provide the service. then sends MY client to the store to grab the hair when she literally booked a human hair included service. pushed her back two hours because they didn’t have the hair…ridiculous. 😭😭😭ughhhhh i’m so pissed yall did my girl like that! she’s such a sweet and loyal client!!!
