Chelly and Charlotte were able to accommodate on short notice thankfully. They were amazing, wonderful customer service and very nice. Chelly slayed my hair in a short amount of time and I was able to make it to work on time. Will definitely be back. Life-changing experience 🩵 Very thankful 🫶🏼

Charlotte is truly the bomb.com. I called to inquire for a braid down. She reviewed everyone's schedule to see what she could do getting me in. I was already going to leave a review just based on how amazing her customer service was. I've been calling around to so many different shops and customer service is a lost art but not with Charlotte and her team. She immediately called me back to let me know that she had someone to fit me. I should definitely add they are affordable!!!

Recently cut my locs off and was worried about length and getting braids back . CHELLY did my hair today and I’m in love !!!! She is very talented , has great energy and just a pleasure to be around . First time and will book again . I added a before photo to show my length . My hair is not tight and was down at around four hours .
