Bratton Nails

Called to get an appt for my daughter for her nails for Christmas and the lady literally told me shes too busy for an 11 year olds nails! What??! She's still a customer and we could've set an appt for a date this weekend or before Christmas, whatever. She didnt even give me the option.

HORRIBLE QUALITY & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️🚯 (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED TO MY REVIEW) Went in for a Gel Manicure 1/29/22- (WAS LOCKED IN & HAD TO CALL POLICE FOR HELP‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️⚠️ Do not attend this nail salon women‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I was seated & within the hour was pointing out the way the nail tech was applying my gel. (2nd table from the cashiers checkout station) (I saw a Tina certificate not sure if it was her) I had to STOP her from COMPLETELY finishing my nails due to the quality! It was HORRIBLE!! I tried explaining I’d pay her something ($20) for her service due to me knowing I’d have to go else where to get this fixed. She LOCKED THE DOORS AND DEMANDED I pay her for her services and was yelling that I pay the finished full set!($45) I was frightened & shaking, noth

Very kind people! Got a regular mani pedi done and they were very thorough and took their time. Nails look wonderful!! :)

No drinks. Didn't properly remove calluses/cuticle like id like. 40 dollars is cheap however ill pay 10 extra for what what lacking at another business. Wasn't a fan..

Yes! I have been coming for ages and love supporting this family business! These lovely sisters have been in this neighborhood for years and years. They take their time and do a good job, are always open (rarely taking time away from work) and are always friendly and accommodating! I feel like part of the community while I’m here relaxing and giggling with these ladies and the other patrons. The facility is older but it clean and has everything needed for a great mani/pedi. The prices are more than fair! Come and fill these sweet ladies chairs 💅🏼💗
