Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia

They say three times a charm. Well this was my 3rd Brazilian wax here and I am suffering big time. The first two waxes was no problem at all this time however much different. I got a Brazilian wax a week and a half ago and my private part is swollen and irritated 🥺🥺🥺I called them on day number 6 to make them aware and they said to use aloe. I've been using it and it's not working 😢 I'm miserable 😫 this is likely my last time going there. I can't go through this again 😫😫😫😫 Update: Thank you for connecting with me however I not say I was feeling better. I said it was very painful 😒 and I can never go through this again. I also went to the doctor yesterday and I told you that. So if I was felling better I certainly wouldn't have went to the doctor. Please don't put words in my mouth. Than

Been coming here for a while. However I was beyond livid that when showing up for my appointment my waxer Zanyah is no longer there. When I booked the appointment a few days before she was listed on their website. I did not receive a call that the person I booked with for over a year is no longer with the company. I think it would’ve been common courtesy to let her clients know. I think it was truly poor customer service and lack of privacy to have someone else do the wax without the customers knowledge before hand. Especially when service was not up to par as previous waxer. I don’t like the inconsistency with Claudia’s especially after the Ardmore location closed.

My experience was great here. Jasmine was wonderful. She helped me through the whole process and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend

I went in for the first time unsure of what to expect aside from the reviews I saw online. I had a fantastic experience with Jessica. She was professional and kind and super engaged- she made my trip a delight by keeping me comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her and the spa.

I had Jasmine! She was very nice and professional. Asked me if I was comfortable and made sure the temperature of the wax was okay. Quick and easy appointment!
