Brazilian Wax by Andreia

I am leaving two stars because the receptionist had wonderful customer service and genuinely seemed to show concern for my experience. I believe her name is Nicky. However, my experience was unsatisfactory at best. I went in for an eyebrow wax and was serviced by a woman named Heilly King. I told her that I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed but not too thinned out. While getting waxed, I did not feel pain, but I do have a high pain tolerance. Once Heilly gave me the mirror to see my brows, I noticed that the skin between my brows had been torn. When I mentioned it to her, she stated that it usually happens when people use products on their skin. I let her know that was not the case for me as I don’t use any products and have never had this happened in my 15 years of getting my brows waxed. S

Love coming to this location. Jasmine os a sweet heart, lover her personality. Makes me feel comfortable for being a big girl since day 1. She is so precise with getting anything i need waxed. And makes sure everything is taken cared of. Everytime I go in is amazing and her music is on point. Love the old school r+b music . I highly recommend her . The whole staff at this location are great!

Jasmine is absolutely amazing, and every time I come it’s a whole experience! Jasmine is super professional, gentle, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. Her space is super clean, she has great attention to detail, and I leave satisfied every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—10/10, highly recommend! If you’re looking for the best in the game, just ask for Jasmine!!!!

Taylor is absolutely amazing! She did my wax and was incredibly gentle. I barely felt any pain. She’s also very detailed and made sure to get every little hair. On top of that, she’s so kind and makes you feel completely comfortable. I 100% recommend her to anyone considering waxing!

Jasmine is the absolute best! She has been waxing me for at least 5-6 years. I will not see anyone else! She makes you feel comfortable, confident and happy.
