I’ve moved back to Atlanta and I must say this place is phenomenal! They have a wonderful team. The front desk lady is super kind and Natalie did a spectacular job on my Brazilian wax. She made me laugh so much. I will be coming back. Thank you Natalie!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Brazilian Wax by Andrea for over 10 years, and let me tell you — this was hands down the best service I’ve ever had from them! I recently visited the Roswell Rd location for the first time, and my full-body wax was done by none other than the manager, Antonio. Oh. My. Goodness. Antonio delivered THE BEST SERVICE I’ve experienced from this company — by far. Not only was she incredibly precise, but also efficient and thorough. I haven’t had service like this since I left New York. Not a single hair left on my body — her attention to detail is unmatched! If you get waxes, do yourself a favor and book with Antonio. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed. Andrea, you did your big one with this hire. She’s a gem!

Extremely poor service and customer service It was my first time visitng Brazilian Wax by Andreia, she was extremely rude and very disrespectful. She was very harsh with her wax and kept bragging about her experience. I had to leave the service in the middle as her behavior was atrociously aggressive.
