I had the worst experience at this place! The person’s that worked at place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As a black person. I felt racial profiled. While I was doing my wax by one of the lady there. I advised her the wax wasn’t dry properly, it hurt! She left me on the table and told me, she will not finish the Brazilian wax. Leave me with the wax and powder on my vagina. I called the owner and told her what is happening because, she was at the establishment. Thereafter, she came back to complete the wax. PLEASE DON’T GO THIS PLACE!

Jozi did my wax today and she was so sweet! 🩷 The service was fast and efficient and accommodating. Although we didn't speak the same languages, Google translate really helped and before I had began using Google translate she communicated what was needed and made small talk nonetheless. Both Kayla and Jozi are amazing waxers and very, very sweet to their clients. I've been going for the past few months and I've never ran into any problems or complaints. I would definitely recommend here if you're looking for a place to get Brazilian waxes done!

OMG!! I have officially found my new wax lady!! I’ve only been living in Florida for a few months & had no luck finding my new wax home until now!! Kayla is not only great at what she does but she educates her clients as well. I enjoy the soft music & the fact that she took her time, oh & did I mention the atmosphere is beautiful!!!
