Made my appointment online as usual with no problem and parking was a breeze. The young lady at the front desk was very dry, I was expecting a, “Hello and welcome” but it didn’t happen, even as I smiled and said hello, she was still dry. I’m big on greetings and first impression. Thankfully the service was amazing.

This place is amazing. First time getting a Brazilian and from the time you walk in until you leave they are so friendly and welcoming. Brittany was fast and efficient, she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Even when I booked my appointment over the phone, the staff was very kind and took their time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. Great experience all around. Thank you!!

I've been to this place twice for a Brazilian wax. The first time was with Reileigh and the second time, Sophie. Honestly, they both did a great job. They made me feel comfortable, and I would recommend both without hesitation. The website says the first time price is $39, but when I went they charged me the regular price of $59. After I made mention of this, they were very kind and charged me $39 the second time to make up for the confusion. The manager was very helpful, and the other members were also very friendly. If it's your first time, I recommend calling and scheduling because the "Vagaro" website, where you're supposed to schedule appointments, doesn't have a first-time option, only a regular one, so maybe that was my mistake too, not calling. So overall, I recommend this place

Great place. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Very prompt service. Never had a Brazilian before but Reileigh made me feel so comfortable. Definitely will return.

Brianne Kilpatrick was absolutely amazing. It was my first time and she did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. I will definitely come back to see her!!
