Want the best eyebrows ever?! See Rhea! I’ve been going to Rhea Threading for YEARS at the Federal Hill location. Even though I moved out of the neighborhood a couple years ago, I still faithfully drive 20 minutes to see her because she’s the best. I am beyond thrilled she opened a second location for those of us who live north of downtown! Before finding Rhea, I think I tried just about every threader and waxer in Baltimore and none have compared! Rhea is meticulous, ensuring every single hair is perfect. I never leave with redness or irritation from the thread (something I often experienced at other places). She takes cleanliness and sanitation seriously. And I love the eyebrow gel mini-massage at the end. The price point is unmatched and could honestly be higher for the quality of work

I have been going to Rhea for years for threading and I do not trust anyone else but Rhea and her team with my brows! Her attention to detail is amazing and the process is virtually painless. She’s the best in the Baltimore area and listens to what you prefer. She is so kind and I truly enjoy going in to see her. Online scheduling is easy, and in a pinch I’ve gone in as a walk in too. I recommend her to everyone I know :)

Been visiting Rhea’s Eyebrow Threading for years now. When she opened the new location, I was so thrilled! The new location is much closer to Northern Baltimore residents, and is a beautiful and clean salon space. Highly recommend checking out the new location. Service is fast and easy, and the staff are super friendly with the same great quality I am used to from the original location.

great and quick service for my eyebrows, they are precise and meticulous and unlike some places they will actually ask you what you want. even if you're not sure exactly what you want, put your faith in these women because they know what they're doing. Relatively painless as well compared to other people who have done my brows, which says a lot about their confidence with the thread. I also like my ends to come to a razer sharp tip, and I am always satisfied with their results to that regard.
