Is the Empire 100% human hair really human hair? If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased two packages of Empire 100% Human Hair for $79.99 each ($159.98 for both packs of hair). I used only one of the packages. The hair from this brand became terribly matted, crinkled, knotted, and with a complete loss of the deep wave curls after wearing it for only two weeks. Why was there short pieces, with the length as short as 5 inches mixed into the bundle? Where did the deep wave curl go after only two weeks? This hair product caused extreme itching of my scalp, neck, and back, which led me to think that this hair is a mix of more synthetic hair over human hair. A bunch of stuff in the store so you may find what you need but you'll be there forever because it's not organized. Asked the lady for help she told me to talk to the guy at the desk. I waited because he was with a customer talking about what sounded like bets. I waited. He saw me, kept talking. The conversation shifted from business to chums. I waited. The customer was about to leave then didn't because they continued to laugh and shoot the shit. I waited. The owner looked me dead in my eyes and continued his conversation. I left. Won't be back.

Moving to this area I can say the beauty supply stores are horrible..there is no prices on things so I’m just picking up blindly..I’ve been in the store 3xs. The first time he was nice and second/third he act as if we annoyed him..I will continue to order online as black women we truly have to stick with our own or order online..no in between the comments literally tell you the energy shift..

I enjoy Brian's ever since my daughter took me there. Everything you need is there. The staff are all customer friendly. I love it!

Has lots of inventory with Beauty supply staples but may not have the color or style you need, so definitely call first. Otherwise, staff is friendly and helpful.
