Worst experience ever. I came in for a manicure at 5:00 PM and wasn’t attended to until 5:35. I understand it was busy, so that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the extremely rude nail tech who started my service. She sat down without saying hello or acknowledging me at all. She only asked what color I wanted. I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted, but once she put on the acrylics, she immediately started cutting them without asking what length I wanted. She cut them so short that it looked like I didn’t even have acrylics. When I told her they were way too short and that I didn’t want them like that, she brushed my hand away and said, “Well, I’m not going to do your nails. Crooked nails and toes and chipped polish less than 24 hours after my appointment, though I paid for GEL. I was told I could not be refunded and would need to come back. When I pulled up, they had left the shop early. Called and was told I needed to come back the next day, but I couldn’t because I had an event, the reason I went to the nail shop in the first place. Save you coins.

Always my favorite salon! I have visited many over the 15+ years I’ve been in johns creek, and I will not go to another! I began going to Brilliante Spa many years ago and have always been overwhelmed! Highly recommend to all!! The builder gel has helped my nails grow so much! Excellent job today! Somehow they get better!

Always great even after I decided I didn’t like the cat eye over the red polish I chose for my SNS nail fill. Great pedicure also put me to sleep. They are the best!
