Brilliant Nails NC llc

Yesterday, my husband & I went to Brilliant nails for a pedicure. It was recommended on a local Neighborhood site. When I first drove into the parking lot, I decided it wasn't the place for me. WRONG !!! The following week I decided to walk in and ask what they charged & from the moment I walked in I realized I judged the place before I knew anything. I convinced my husband to go with me. We were truly satisfied with the service, the ambience, the music & the people who work there. Congratulations to the owners. We will be back.

Yall im so upset! Look at my nails! I wanna cry. I just got a full set and this is by far the worst ever! Look how thick they are and shaped badly! I’m not from here and will be getting my nail lady to fix this disaster soon as I get home! The nail tech was nice and friendly but clearly not skilled in acrylic nails.

I went in yesterday with my cousin. I’m visiting for a couple of days and wanted to get my nails and feet done. When we went it everything was going fine, pedicure was good and my toes looked okay. I was getting extensions on my big toes and when she was doing it she cut my cuticles a little and I told her. She said sorry and kept going. I was thinking okay fine whatever. When it came to her doing my nails though. She was okay at it. I asked for French tips when she started doing them she just did a straight line and it was wonky anyways. I told her I wanted a curved french and she said okay and aggressively took the polish off my nails. After the service was done the nails looked chunky and the French nails were still wonky and not done properly. I had already calculated the price. It was

THIS WAS THE BEST PEDI I EVER HAD IN ALL MY YEARS OF TRYING OUT NAIL SALONS!! Eh pway is such a talented, friendly and patient nail technician! If I could imagine a perfect pedi from a detailed scrubbing, relaxing massage, to polish application this would be IT! Im beyond happy with my visit and looking foward to coming back on Wednesday for my full set! I will post a update from that as well! I would recommend this place to anyone. The entire staff was welcoming, the salon very clean and there is lots of color choices. THIS PLACE IS A GEM!! UPDATE!! I came in a few days later for a full set and now im officially HOOKED!! Sarah did my nails&did a better job than the pictures I showed her. she was sooo easy to talk to and made me feel like a VALUED customer. The whole experience was a 10/

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in looking to get an overlay on my nails I usually pay anywhere between 65-85 dollars with who I normally go to but she was not in. They sat me down and I showed them photos that are pretty basic little to no design and it was a language issue the lady who was trying to do my nails she called for help and a very rude man came and I showed multiple photos 6-7 different ones and he stared at me and told me “your confusing her don’t show her any photos the nails in the photos are over $590 and you only want to pay $60” which only was not true but very rude. I explained to him I was showing the photos to give the tech an idea of what color and type of design I was looking for. He proceeded to tell me each nail is “$15+ for design! “ it was multiple p
